The Midlands New Generation Group (NGG) invites you to a site visit at the Greenstar MRF facility at Aldridge, Walsall on the 6th November. Greenstar UK is the UK arm of the Greenstar waste management subsidiary, owned by Ireland's NTR group, a developer, financier and operator of public and environmental infrastructure. The firm operates from nearly 40 facilities throughout the UK and forecasts annual revenue of c £121 million. The Greenstar facility in Aldridge is Britain’s largest materials recycling facility, and one of the biggest in Europe. This impressive plant has a processing capacity of up to 300,000 tonnes annually. Use of the latest technology and processing equipment means Aldridge can accept commingled and segregated recyclables sourced from local authorities and commercial customers, and process them to high quality standards. The site visit will start at 2pm on Thursday 6th November and last for under an hour which would include a site tour of the facility.
