Excellence Wales National Open Days: Our Environment Venue: Liberty Stadium, SwanseaExcellence Wales is the good practice recognition scheme run by the Welsh Local Government Association and funded by the Welsh Assembly Government. The scheme aims to improve services to customers and communities by encouraging learning and sharing amongst Welsh local authorities and the wider public sector.
