THE LOCAL ENVIRONMENT QUALITY SURVEY OF ENGLAND REULTS PUBLISHED
ENCAMS have published their 6th annual local environmental quality survey for England. The survey is produced from a representative sample of 54 local authorities across the nine regions of England. FINAL NATIONAL INDICATORS DEFINITIONS PUBLISHED

WALES IS MAKING PROGRESS ON RECYCLING
The Welsh Assembly Government’s Environment Strategy and Action Plan, launched in May 2006, sets out a vision for an environment, in 20 years’ time, the Environment, Sustainability and Housing Minister advised that much more needs to be done across the board.
